Job Description

The Boiler Repair Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of boilers in industrial settings, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently and effectively. This includes managing a team of boiler repair technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities.
  • Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Plan and execute equipment upgrades and overhauls.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment audits and certifications.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Review and approve service reports and work orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in boiler inspection and repair is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in boiler repair and maintenance
