Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive structural analysis and modeling.
• Create and maintain project documentation and records.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams in solving engineering challenges.
• Enhance project designs through innovative engineering techniques.
• Review designs for constructability and maintainability.
• Prepare technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with clients and contractors for successful project execution.
• Promote safety awareness and practices within the team.
• Engage in community outreach to enhance the firm's presence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• SAP2000

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in advanced structural software: Experience with software like Rhino or Grasshopper for design optimization.
• Experience in project management: Strong background in managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
