Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Loss Prevention Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will implement effective loss prevention measures while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents of theft or loss within the store.
  • Contribute to the development of loss prevention strategies and policies.
  • Document and maintain accurate records for all incidents and investigations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Loss Prevention team and store management.
  • Engage with customers to provide assistance and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Execute regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Report suspicious activities and behavior to management promptly.
  • Attend training sessions to refine skills in loss prevention and customer service.
  • Assist staff in emergency situations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications such as Loss Prevention Certified are preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
