Job Description

As a Fuel Injection Servicer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing fuel injection systems across various vehicle types. Your expertise will ensure their smooth operation and enhance overall vehicle performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized fuel injection system diagnostic software.
• Maintain and repair fuel lines, filters, and related components for optimum performance.
• Assist in developing training materials for junior technicians regarding fuel injection best practices.
• Manage inventory of fuel injection parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs.
• Educate customers on the benefits of maintaining their fuel injection systems.
• Collaborate with the service team to improve efficiency in servicing vehicles.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding repairs and services.
• Participate in continuing education programs to enhance technical skills.
• Report any major issues to the service manager promptly.
• Work to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Automotive Technology is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in automotive technology or a related field.
