Job Description
As a Fuel Injection Servicer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing fuel injection systems across various vehicle types. Your expertise will ensure their smooth operation and enhance overall vehicle performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized fuel injection system diagnostic software.
Maintain and repair fuel lines, filters, and related components for optimum performance.
Assist in developing training materials for junior technicians regarding fuel injection best practices.
Manage inventory of fuel injection parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs.
Educate customers on the benefits of maintaining their fuel injection systems.
Collaborate with the service team to improve efficiency in servicing vehicles.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding repairs and services.
Participate in continuing education programs to enhance technical skills.
Report any major issues to the service manager promptly.
Work to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Automotive Technology is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in automotive technology or a related field.
