Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Coat Presser to join our textile manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring each coat is pressed to perfection, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of pressing equipment effectively.
• Conduct quality inspections on pressed garments.
• Adhere to company policies for garment handling and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory management of pressing materials.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve production targets.
• Document production reports and garment quality.
• Stay updated on best practices for garment pressing.
• Communicate effectively with the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Post-secondary education or relevant certification

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in garment pressing or related field.

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting
• Inventory management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in high-paced production environments: Experience working efficiently in fast-paced textile production settings.
