Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Ophthalmic Medical Technologist. The selected candidate will assist ophthalmologists in providing top-notch care, utilizing diagnostic tests and equipment to treat eye conditions.
Responsibilities
Perform visual acuity, tonometry, and retinal imaging tests.
Assist with laser treatments and injections.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Participate in quality assurance activities within the department.
Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials in ophthalmology.
Requirements
Education
Certifications in Ophthalmic Technology from JCAHPO
Experience with EMR systems is a plus

3 years of relevant experience preferred
