Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Physical Therapist in Houston, TX. You will provide care to patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, performing assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patient needs and performance capabilities.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor rehabilitation programs to enhance patient mobility.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including electrotherapy and manual therapy.
  • Develop discharge plans to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff and interns.
  • Stay updated on best practices and current trends in physical therapy.
  • Encourage patient engagement through supportive communication and education.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in physical therapy preferred
