Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems. You will be involved in product development from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Perform analysis and simulations to verify design integrity.
• Collaborate with other engineers to support product development.
• Review technical documentation and drawings for compliance.
• Conduct testing and validation of prototypes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and report on progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Ansys
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
