Job Description

As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will support the design, construction, and maintenance of vital infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all projects meet standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling.
• Conduct surveys and analyze site conditions for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Ensure designs adhere to local, state, and federal codes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineering staff.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
