Responsibilities

• Sort peanuts based on quality and size, ensuring consistency.
• Ensure all cleaning processes comply with food safety standards.
• Track processing times and report inefficiencies.
• Assist in training new employees on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic machinery used for cleaning.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning operations and supply usage.
• Engage in team meetings to suggest improvements in the workflow.
• Support the production team by assisting in other food processing tasks when required.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in food processing or a similar cleaning role is preferred.
