Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Houston. You will be responsible for evaluating financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements and coordinate with team members.
• Assess potential risks and recommend improvements.
• Draft clear, concise reports to present findings to management.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss results.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure recommendations are implemented.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc requests related to audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in auditing, public accounting experience preferred.
