Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities and performance of project teams, ensuring that targets are met.
• Implement project management practices, utilizing scheduling and reporting tools.
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate contractor performance and adherence to specifications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new project staff.
• Encourage a culture of safety and compliance across all work areas.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project changes and communications.
• Support marketing and business development efforts by providing project data and metrics.
• Promote effective teamwork and communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
