We are looking for a skilled Wood Flooring Specialist to join our dynamic team. The specialist will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of various wood flooring types. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of different wood flooring materials, techniques, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Estimate material needs and prepare for wood flooring installations.
• Execute high-quality installation and finishing of wood flooring products.
• Provide solutions for the repair and maintenance of flooring issues.
• Consult with clients to suggest flooring styles that meet their needs.
• Ensure a tidy and safe work environment throughout projects.
• Inspect and prepare subfloors thoroughly before installation.
• Utilize specialized tools effectively and safely.
• Uphold compliance with all building and safety codes.
• Coordinate with a team to meet project deadlines and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in flooring installation or carpentry is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in wood flooring systems is preferred.
