Job Description

As a Correspondence Analyst, you'll manage incoming correspondence and ensure efficient responses. Your role will involve analyzing various types of communication and collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Administer various neurodiagnostic tests, including EEG monitoring and nerve conduction studies.
  • Prepare patients and ensure all pre-test procedures are followed.
  • Manage testing equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians to interpret findings and relay results.
  • Monitor and assist patients throughout testing procedures.
  • Document relevant patient information and test results accurately.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in neurodiagnostics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and care improvements.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electroneurodiagnostics or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in neurodiagnostics are advantageous.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience, especially with pediatric and adult populations.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of neurodiagnostic technical equipment
  • Electrodiagnostic testing methodologies

Certifications
  • Advanced certifications in neurodiagnostics (e.g., CNIM, R. EEG T.) are preferred.
Languages
  • English: Fluent
