Job Description
As a Correspondence Analyst, you'll manage incoming correspondence and ensure efficient responses. Your role will involve analyzing various types of communication and collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
Administer various neurodiagnostic tests, including EEG monitoring and nerve conduction studies.
Prepare patients and ensure all pre-test procedures are followed.
Manage testing equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
Collaborate with physicians to interpret findings and relay results.
Monitor and assist patients throughout testing procedures.
Document relevant patient information and test results accurately.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in neurodiagnostics.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and care improvements.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electroneurodiagnostics or a related field
Advanced certifications in neurodiagnostics are advantageous.
Experience
2+ years of experience, especially with pediatric and adult populations.
Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of neurodiagnostic technical equipment
Electrodiagnostic testing methodologies

Certifications
Advanced certifications in neurodiagnostics (e.g., CNIM, R. EEG T.) are preferred.
