Job Description

As a Track Supervisor, you will oversee and manage maintenance and repair activities on railway tracks, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our rail infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in daily maintenance activities on the rail track.
  • Review reports on safety compliance and take necessary actions.
  • Prepare maintenance logs and reports for the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and safety awareness.
  • Evaluate equipment and material usage to optimize costs.
  • Facilitate seamless communication among departments for project updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement of materials.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to organize and conduct safety drills.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation or a related field.
  • Advanced studies in Project Management are advantageous.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in track supervision or maintenance.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
