Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our Philadelphia location. This pivotal role includes overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and optimizing store performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of the store including budgeting and forecasting.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to foster development.
• Supervise the visual merchandising to enhance store appearance.
• Develop sales strategies based on market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Ensure a high level of customer service through staff training and supervision.
• Track and report KPIs to evaluate store performance.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• MBA with a focus on Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
