Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Curb Attendant to assist customers at our curbside pickup locations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, providing top-notch service and support to our customers. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and help them navigate their curbside pickup orders.
  • Monitor the curbside area to ensure a high-quality service experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Manage the curbside service process, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Keep the curbside space clean and organized.
  • Implement safety measures and procedures for safe customer interactions.
  • Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory.
  • Train new staff on curbside service protocols.
  • Support the operations team in achieving service targets.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
