We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Director to lead our compliance initiatives, ensuring we remain in line with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, guiding teams to promote compliance awareness throughout the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Investigate and resolve compliance violations and complaints.
• Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate compliance risks.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Monitor changes in legal requirements and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure ethical behavior and integrity within the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate compliance.

Languages
