Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Secretary to provide top-level administrative support to our executives. You'll manage calendars, arrange travel, and handle confidential information to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee office operations, including supplies and equipment needs.
Assist in the preparation and management of budgets.
Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed efficiently.
Provide basic data analysis and reporting as required.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Implement efficient administrative procedures and improve office workflow.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Associate's degree is acceptable
Experience
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
