Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Secretary or Administrative Assistant to support our healthcare team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
  • Organize and maintain patient medical records efficiently.
  • Support the scheduling of medical examinations and procedures.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures for smooth operations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular audits of files and databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of health reports and documentation.
  • Manage correspondence with insurance companies and patients.
  • Prepare the office for patient visits, ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in Medical Office Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
