Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Requirements Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements for complex systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
  • Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize modeling tools to visualize system requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on requirements to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support project management in scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Lead change management efforts related to system requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders on project status updates.
  • Document lessons learned and implement them in future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certification in requirements engineering (e.g., REQB, IREB) is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in systems requirements engineering or related roles
