Job Description

As an Embroiderer, you will create intricate embroidered designs on various fabrics based on client specifications. This role requires proficiency in both computerized design software and traditional embroidery techniques. You will collaborate with clients, manage production timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare embroidery machines for production runs.
• Select appropriate thread colors and materials for designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned and centered correctly before starting the machine.
• Monitor production outputs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in top condition.
• Document production processes and any issues that arise.
• Assist with inventory management related to embroidery supplies.
• Collaborate with designers to improve existing embroidery techniques.
• Implement feedback from clients to refine the final products.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certification in embroidery or a related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in embroidery, showcasing a strong portfolio
