Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers, you will oversee a skilled team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our production machinery. Your role will involve ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of mechanics in their daily operational tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery is running smoothly.
  • Address and resolve all mechanical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machinery performance.
  • Document maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train new employees on safe operation and maintenance practices.
  • Analyze maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical certification in mechanical systems or similar preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and supervisory roles.
