Job Description

As a Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator and Tender, you’ll play a vital role in troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring the efficiency of our refrigeration systems, optimizing the performance and reliability needed in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute preventive maintenance schedules for refrigeration units.
• Assess the condition of equipment and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
• Handle emergency repairs effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in maintenance or operational roles.
