Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our product strategy in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management and a passion for driving product success through collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of product lifecycle management and strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a leading edge in the market.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product evaluation.
  • Work closely with customer support to gather user feedback for product iterations.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather ideas from the team.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the product budget.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior product team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience including experience in a tech environment
