We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacotherapy and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling on medication safety, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Monitor drug therapy outcomes and adjust medications as necessary.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited college

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy or retail pharmacy
