Job Description

As a Behaviorist, you'll be at the forefront of helping clients navigate their behavioral and emotional challenges. Your role will involve assessing needs, creating personalized intervention strategies, and supporting clients and their families throughout their journey to better mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out behavioral assessments and devise treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to monitor client progress and adapt treatments as necessary.
  • Document all sessions and interventions accurately.
  • Educate clients and families on best practices in behavioral health.
  • Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices in the field.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in client interactions.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s Degree in a behavioral health-related field
  • BCBA credential preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a behavioral health setting, particularly with children and families.

Advantageous

  • Experience with Telehealth: Experience providing services via telehealth is preferred.
