As a Social Scientist, you'll leverage your expertise in behavioral studies to design and conduct research that informs strategic decision-making. Your role will involve analyzing data, interpreting findings, and developing interventions that enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough literature reviews to inform research designs.

• Prepare and submit proposals for grant funding to support research projects.
• Guide clients in implementing behavioral insights into their operational strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and next steps.
• Assist in the development of communication materials based on research findings.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to promote research insights.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral science research or a related field

Languages
