Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Financial Specialist (Rate Engineer) to oversee the analysis of pricing structures and market trends. Your insights will help optimize pricing strategies across various product lines, and you'll play a key role in reporting on pricing performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing analysis initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with IT for data management and analysis processes.
  • Conduct customer feedback analysis to inform pricing strategy.
  • Support the creation of pricing tools and software.
  • Collaborate with external partners to benchmark pricing.
  • Organize workshops to brainstorm pricing strategy ideas.
  • Develop and implement transparent pricing guidelines.
  • Optimize workflows for pricing analysis and reporting.
  • Review and assess the impact of pricing changes on company revenue.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss pricing performance and future strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a pricing or financial analysis role
