Job Description

We are seeking motivated Production Workers who are willing to learn and contribute to our production goals. You'll be integral in keeping the production line moving smoothly while following all safety and quality control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust production equipment for different tasks.
• Perform troubleshooting on production issues.
• Support supply chain operations by coordinating with logistics.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on processes.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels.
• Analyze work processes for efficiency improvements.
• Work collaboratively with other workers and supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or GED
• Technical training in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar position

Technical Skills

• Forklift Certification
• Lean Manufacturing Principles

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
• Ability to train peers: Experience in mentoring or training other workers.
