Job Description

Join our dynamic rowing team as an Oarsman, where you will have the opportunity to train and compete at high levels. We are looking for a dedicated athlete who can contribute positively to our team and maintain a strong work ethic both on and off the water. Experience in rowing is essential, along with a commitment to teamwork and safety during rowing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be an active team member, supporting peers during training and competition.
  • Consistently work on enhancing rowing techniques and performance.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine racing strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of new team members.
  • Support team initiatives and volunteer for events when possible.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-3 years of rowing experience highly desired.
