As a Wellness and Coaching Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of wellness programs tailored to improve employee health and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of wellness across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of wellness initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist employees in developing personal wellness plans and goals.
  • Evaluate and refine wellness programs based on employee feedback.
  • Coordinate with external health partners for resources and support.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote wellness programs internally.
  • Assess barriers to wellness and work to overcome them.
  • Provide training and workshops on topics related to health and wellness.
  • Organize health screenings and assessments as part of wellness programs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, Public Health, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Program Development Proven experience in creating and implementing wellness programs.
  • Data Analysis Ability to assess program effectiveness through data evaluation.
  • Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Project Management Strong organizational skills to manage multiple wellness initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM)
  • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Master's degree in Health and Wellness or related field: Advanced understanding of health and wellness trends and practices.
  • Experience with corporate wellness strategies: Knowledge in aligning wellness programs with business objectives.
