Job Description

As a Wellness and Coaching Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of wellness programs tailored to improve employee health and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of wellness across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of wellness initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist employees in developing personal wellness plans and goals.
  • Evaluate and refine wellness programs based on employee feedback.
  • Coordinate with external health partners for resources and support.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote wellness programs internally.
  • Assess barriers to wellness and work to overcome them.
  • Provide training and workshops on topics related to health and wellness.
  • Organize health screenings and assessments as part of wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, Public Health, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in wellness program development and employee coaching
