Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to manage the operation of our ring-making machines and ensure production quotas are met with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations closely to detect any abnormalities.
• Set machine parameters based on production specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure reliability.
• Assist in the development of production schedules and workflows.
• Maintain a tidy work environment to promote safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in manufacturing or related fields preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or metalworking environment

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Experience
• Quality Control

Soft Skills

• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with different metals and alloys: Knowledge of handling and processing various materials.
• Welding experience: Basic welding skills to assist in minor repairs.
