Responsibilities

• Assess coating needs based on project specifications.
• Verify color accuracy and quality of mixed coatings.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss project status and concerns.
• Train new employees on coating techniques and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in coatings or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in manufacturing or coatings application

Technical Skills

• Mixing Coatings

Certifications

• NCCER Certification
• OSHA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
