Job Description

An Agriculture Laborer plays a vital role in the production of crops and livestock. This position involves various tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting, alongside operating and maintaining farm machinery. Candidates must be ready for hands-on work in outdoor settings and be able to adapt to changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools and equipment, and perform general farm maintenance tasks.
• Record and maintain inventory of farm supplies and equipment.
• Assist in training new farm workers.
• Follow and promote sustainable farming practices.
• Collaborate with team members to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in agriculture or farm management are a plus

Experience

• Experience with specific types of crops or livestock preferred.
