Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dehydrator Operator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our dehydration machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the machines, adjusting settings, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring key variables such as temperature and humidity.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure machines are operating efficiently.
• Document machine settings and make adjustments based on performance reports.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience operating industrial dryers is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Physical stamina

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with computerized monitoring systems: Experience working with automated systems is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with industrial dryers: Prior experience operating dryers can be beneficial.
