Job Description

We are seeking passionate Preschool Teachers who will engage and inspire children aged 3-5 in a creative learning environment. The ideal candidate will develop individualized lesson plans, create a safe and nurturing atmosphere, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized learning plans for each student.
  • Assess and evaluate students' developmental needs and milestones.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom happenings.
  • Prepare and maintain classroom materials and resources.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development trainings.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to support student learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years working with preschool-aged children
