We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Phoenix. Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed design schematics.
• Review and approve engineering specifications and components.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement changes to improve safety and quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on design best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management
