We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and analysis, along with the ability to work collaboratively on diverse engineering projects. You'll be responsible for developing system specifications, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all electrical systems comply with relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Prepare and review electrical design documents and schematics.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems and provide technical support.
• Conduct performance testing and auditing to validate systems.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in electrical engineering.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems engineering
