Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our projects in Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and all relevant parties to execute project objectives.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Manage the project budget, track expenses, and approve invoices.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss project status and any changes required.
• Review project progress and provide feedback as needed.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster professional growth.
• Document all phases of construction and maintain proper records.
• Evaluate contractors and subcontractors for project suitability.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
