Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Chicago. The role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders in a variety of populations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust them as necessary.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of psychological theories and treatments.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
  • Participate in training and mentoring for interns and new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois.
  • Completion of a residency in psychology.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical practice.
