Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential assistance to patients and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Supporting patients with activities of daily living, like eating, bathing, and dressing.
Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient responses to care.
Creating a safe and clean environment for patients to ensure their comfort.
Offering emotional and psychological support to patients during their stay.
Assisting nursing staff with patient care tasks and procedures.
Tracking and communicating changes in patient health to the nursing team.
Maintaining precise documentation of patient activities and progress.
Participating in patient care planning meetings.
Following regulations related to patient care and privacy.
Participating in ongoing training and education on best-care practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved nursing aide training program
Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
Current CPR certification
Experience
Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Languages
English: Fluent
