Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Career/Technical Education Teacher to lead students in hands-on learning experiences across various technical subjects. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test electromechanical devices according to technical specifications.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on assembly tools and machinery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address assembly challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of assembly and production processes.
  • Participate in a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Report any discrepancies in product quality promptly.
  • Engage in problem-solving sessions to optimize production protocols.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding workplace safety.
  • Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.
