Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on process optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with management to develop operational targets and performance metrics.
• Utilize simulation software to model processes and predict outcomes.
• Create documentation for all process changes and enhancements.
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to promote innovative solutions.
• Review and validate engineering documentation before implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role or experience in manufacturing environments
