Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage incoming inquiries related to reservations.

  • Track and report booking trends to management to aid in decision-making.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to guest reservations and tracking.
  • Engage in upselling additional services like spa packages, dining, etc.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests through friendly communication.
  • Monitor and resolve system errors related to reservations promptly.
  • Keep up-to-date with local attractions and events to enhance guest experience.
