Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators to oversee and manage our systems efficiently. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, developing preventative maintenance plans, and responding to system issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust equipment settings based on operational needs.
• Conduct safety drills and training sessions for staff.
• Act as a point of contact for emergency situations relating to boiler and heating systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the boiler room and work areas.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field

• Safety Standards
• Preventative Maintenance

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior supervisory experience: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment.
• Additional safety certifications: Certifications beyond OSHA that enhance your safety knowledge in the field.
