Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to join our team. This role requires operating and monitoring industrial machinery, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment operates within safety and quality standards.
• Monitor temperatures and adjust settings to maintain product integrity.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to assess product outcomes.
• Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in industrial processes is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial machinery operations.

Technical Skills

• Preventive maintenance

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
