Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be integral to our production team. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up and operating spike machines for heat treating metal objects, ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a solid understanding of heat treatment processes, as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for heat treating processes, focusing on spike machines.
• Monitor heat treatment processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform thorough inspections and quality checks on products after treatment.
• Maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness, reporting issues immediately.
• Document each production cycle meticulously for quality assurance.
• Assist in training new hires, facilitating a cohesive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in heat treatment processes (preferred)

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
