Responsibilities

• Manage farm crew, providing support and training as necessary.
• Coordinate the timing of critical farming activities.
• Facilitate maintenance checks on all farm machinery.
• Closely monitor crop and livestock health, ensuring rapid response to issues.
• Integrate with management to develop operational strategies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in farming operations.
• Maintain meticulous records of farming operations.
• Administer stock of farm supplies and equipment.
• Manage expenses related to farm operations.
• Promote collaboration among various farm teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of management experience on a farm
