Responsibilities

  • Adjust and refine wine blends based on market feedback.
  • Work closely with vineyard teams to select grapes.
  • Conduct research on industry trends for wine blending.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal blends and limited editions.
  • Engage in collaborative projects with local culinary teams.
  • Explore innovative blending methods and processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for other production staff.
  • Support administrative tasks related to inventory management.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
